Very hardy plant from South-east Asia, with stems that grow between 25 and 40cm (10-16”) and 4 to 8cm (1 ½ to 2 ½ “)
 
This make them one of the best beginner plants available, because it grow in nearly all conditions!!!
 
It grow fast and need regular trimming by cutting of the tops. This will stimulate a more bushy growth as well. If you don’t want bushy growth you need to trim some stems very close to the ground.
 
Leaf shape and colouration are a factor of their environment, so by changing any water or environmental parameters, you can get a change in the look of the plant.
